Welcome to Langsta AI Studio ("Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and features. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Langsta AI Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Langsta AI Studio provides an AI-powered education platform that enables educators to:

  • Design and manage curricula using AI-assisted tools.
  • Generate educational content from various sources (text, video, audio).
  • Build and manage a personal asset library of teaching materials.
  • Analyze student performance with data-driven coaching tools.
  • Create personalized student profiles and learning paths.
  • Monetize educational content through subscription-based models.

3. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using our platform. This includes curricula, lesson plans, quizzes, and all other educational materials.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools based on your inputs is owned by you. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before using it with students.

License to Us: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.

6. Student Data Responsibilities

As an educator using our platform, you are the data controller for any student data you input. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining appropriate consent from students (or their guardians) before inputting their data.
  • Complying with applicable education privacy laws (e.g., FERPA, GDPR).
  • Ensuring student data is handled in accordance with your institution's policies.

7. Subscription & Payments

  • Free Plan: Basic features available at no cost with limited functionality.
  • Paid Plans: Pro ($29/mo) and Premium ($79/mo) plans provide access to advanced features. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for partial months.

8. Intellectual Property

The Langsta AI Studio platform, including its design, features, AI models, source code, and branding, is owned by Langsta AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing any paid feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langsta AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data and content. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
